Gonadorelin
Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone (GnRH)
Kisspeptin-10 (metastin) · reproductive neuroendocrine peptide
The reference protocol uses 100 mcg once daily for weeks 1–2, then 200 mcg once daily. With 3 mL of bacteriostatic water, a 10 mg vial is 3.33 mg/mL, so 100 mcg measures 3 units (0.03 mL) on a U-100 syringe.

The attributed reference protocol steps from 100 mcg daily to 200 mcg daily after 2 weeks.
Its stated timeframe is 8–12 weeks.
Community-reported subcutaneous amounts — Kisspeptin-10 has no approved or clinically established subcutaneous dose. Education only, not medical advice. Dose amounts adapted from Kisspeptin 10 mg vial dosage protocol (PeptideDosages.com); units are recalculated for the vial and mix selected above.
Using a 1 mL (100-unit) insulin syringe, 3 full draws of bacteriostatic water gives 3.33 mg/mL.
1Wipe both rubber stoppers with an alcohol swab and let them dry. Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water and let it run slowly down the inside of the vial wall — not straight onto the powder.
2Swirl or roll the vial gently until the powder has dissolved. Give it a few minutes to settle if needed.
3Shaking can damage the peptide and cause foaming. Gentle swirling only.
4Only use it once it is fully clear with no particles. Label the vial with the date and 3.33 mg/mL, then store it in the fridge at 2–8 °C.
Counts follow the dosage chart above at the highest amount in each step, using a 10 mg vial mixed with 3 mL.
Plus an approved sharps container. Syringes and swabs are sold by Australian pharmacies — Peak Peptides and Pure Performance supply the bacteriostatic water.

Kisspeptin-10, also called metastin, is the 10-amino-acid active sequence shared by the kisspeptin family. It activates the KISS1R receptor and is understood to stimulate hypothalamic GnRH release, followed by pituitary LH and FSH release.
Human hormonal responses are sex- and cycle-stage-dependent. In one experiment, intravenous Kisspeptin-10 stimulated gonadotropins in men and in preovulatory women, but subcutaneous Kisspeptin-10 did not change reproductive hormones in healthy women in the follicular phase.

With 3 mL in a 10 mg vial, the concentration is 3.33 mg/mL. A 100 mcg amount is 3 units, or 0.03 mL, on a U-100 syringe.
With the default 3 mL mix in a 10 mg vial, 200 mcg is 6 units, or 0.06 mL, on a U-100 syringe.
The attributed 10 mg reference protocol uses 3 mL, giving 3.33 mg/mL. At this concentration, 30 units on a U-100 syringe equals 1 mg.
At 100 mcg once daily, 10 mg is 100 days of material. At 200 mcg once daily, it is 50 days. Under the chart's first 8 weeks, the total is 9.8 mg.
