Livagen
Livagen (Lys-Glu-Asp-Ala)
Lys-Glu-Asp (KED) · short vascular bioregulator peptide
The reference protocol uses a once-daily subcutaneous amount: 500 mcg in week 1, 1 mg in week 2, 1.5 mg in week 3, then 1.5–2 mg daily. With 3 mL in a 20 mg vial, concentration is 6.67 mg/mL and 500 mcg measures 7.5 units (0.075 mL) on a U-100 syringe.

No product photo — this strength isn't stocked by Peak
Gradual daily approach · 20 mg vial + 3 mL BAC water
3 mL is the reference site's Vesugen mix, making 6.67 mg/mL, so 500 mcg is 7.5 U-100 units.

The attributed chart increases by 500 mcg at each weekly step through week 3.
Its final row is 1.5–2 mg once daily from week 4; it does not give criteria for choosing within that range.
The source provides 8-, 12- and 16-week supply estimates.
Reference-site educational amounts — Vesugen has no clinically established human dose and is not presented as a TGA-approved medicine. Education only, not medical advice. Dose amounts adapted from Vesugen Lys-Glu-Asp 20 mg vial dosage protocol (PeptideDosages.com); units are recalculated for the vial and mix selected above.
Using a 1 mL (100-unit) insulin syringe, 3 full draws of bacteriostatic water gives 6.67 mg/mL.
1Wipe both rubber stoppers with an alcohol swab and let them dry. Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water and let it run slowly down the inside of the vial wall — not straight onto the powder.
2Swirl or roll the vial gently until the powder has dissolved. Give it a few minutes to settle if needed.
3Shaking can damage the peptide and cause foaming. Gentle swirling only.
4Only use it once it is fully clear with no particles. Label the vial with the date and 6.67 mg/mL, then store it in the fridge at 2–8 °C.
Counts follow the dosage chart above at the highest amount in each step, using a 20 mg vial mixed with 3 mL.
Plus an approved sharps container. Syringes and swabs are sold by Australian pharmacies — Peak Peptides and Pure Performance supply the bacteriostatic water.

Vesugen is the short synthetic tripeptide Lys-Glu-Asp, also called KED. It is one of the Khavinson-family peptide bioregulators discussed in laboratory research.
In a 2014 report, KED/Vesugen was examined in cultured vascular endothelial cells and with molecular docking around the MKI67 promoter. These findings are laboratory observations, not proof of a clinical vascular benefit.
A 2016 in-vitro paper reported changes in endothelin-1, connexin and sirtuin-1 expression in endothelial models. The mechanism and relevance to people remain uncertain.

With 3 mL in a 20 mg vial, the concentration is 6.67 mg/mL. A 500 mcg amount is 7.5 units, or 0.075 mL, on a U-100 syringe.
With the default 20 mg plus 3 mL mix, 1.5 mg is 22.5 U-100 units, which is 0.225 mL. The same mix makes 2 mg equal 30 units, or 0.30 mL.
The attributed 20 mg protocol uses 3 mL. That calculation is 20 mg ÷ 3 mL = 6.67 mg/mL, and 1 U-100 unit contains about 66.7 mcg.
At 500 mcg once daily, 20 mg provides 40 daily amounts. At 1 mg it provides 20, at 1.5 mg about 13.3, and at 2 mg 10 daily amounts.
