Long R3 insulin-like growth factor I (experimental analogue)
Somatropin · 191-amino-acid human growth hormone
The reference site's historical daily example starts at 0.6 IU in week 1 and steps up by 0.3 IU each week to 2.7 IU in week 8. With 2 mL in Peak's 12 IU vial, the concentration is 6 IU/mL, so the 0.6 IU starting amount is 10 units (0.10 mL) on a U-100 syringe. Peak publishes no validated mix or protocol for this research kit.

Eight-week daily reference example · 12 IU vial + 2 mL BAC water
Peak supplies bacteriostatic water but states no water volume or protocol; 2 mL is the calculator default, giving the 12 IU vial a round 6 IU/mL concentration.

Amounts are direct conversions at 3 IU per mg from the reference site's weekly 0.2–0.9 mg example.
The historical example adds 0.3 IU after each week and stops after week 8.
Peak does not publish a product-specific dose, water volume or preparation method for either kit.
Reference-site amounts for a research kit, not a Peak product protocol or licensed somatropin regimen. Education only, not medical advice. Dose amounts adapted from HGH 191AA 10 IU vial dosage protocol (PeptideDosages.com); units are recalculated for the vial and mix selected above.
Using a 1 mL (100-unit) insulin syringe, 2 full draws of bacteriostatic water gives 6 IU/mL.
1Wipe both rubber stoppers with an alcohol swab and let them dry. Draw 2 mL of bacteriostatic water and let it run slowly down the inside of the vial wall — not straight onto the powder.
2Swirl or roll the vial gently until the powder has dissolved. Give it a few minutes to settle if needed.
3Shaking can damage the peptide and cause foaming. Gentle swirling only.
4Only use it once it is fully clear with no particles. Label the vial with the date and 6 IU/mL, then store it in the fridge at 2–8 °C.
Counts follow the dosage chart above at the highest amount in each step, using a 12 IU vial mixed with 2 mL.
Plus an approved sharps container. Syringes and swabs are sold by Australian pharmacies — Peak Peptides and Pure Performance supply the bacteriostatic water.
HGH 191AA refers to the 191-amino-acid form of human growth hormone. Licensed somatropin is a recombinant form with the same amino-acid sequence as pituitary human growth hormone.
Growth hormone signalling promotes hepatic production of IGF-1, and the GH–IGF-1 axis helps regulate growth, development and metabolism. That biology does not establish a clinical outcome, quality standard or handling method for Peak's research kits.
HGH 191AA is the growth-hormone sequence itself. It is different from GH-releasing compounds such as CJC-1295 and ipamorelin, which are not kit components or interchangeable substitutes.
For somatropin documented at 3 IU per 1 mg, a labelled 10 IU corresponds to approximately 3.33 mg of nominal somatropin mass (10 ÷ 3). This convention comes from an Australian approved-medicine product information —not a lab assay or product instruction for Peak's research kits.
| Label context | IU | Nominal mg at 3 IU/mg |
|---|---|---|
| Illustrative 10 IU vial (not a Peak kit vial) | 10 IU | ≈ 3.33 mg |
| Peak 120 IU kit · one 12 IU vial | 12 IU | ≈ 4 mg |
| Peak 320 IU kit · one 32 IU vial | 32 IU | ≈ 10.67 mg |
| Peak 120 IU kit · all 10 vials together | 120 IU | ≈ 40 mg |
| Peak 320 IU kit · all 10 vials together | 320 IU | ≈ 106.67 mg |

Activity, mass and liquid volume are different units. A 120 IU or 320 IU kit is a ten-vial total, not one vial or an administered dose. These equivalents are conditional arithmetic—not a verified content assay, dilution volume, mg/mL concentration, U-100 syringe marking, human dose or endorsement of using a research-only vial. Check the actual label and qualified product documentation.
Guidance: World Health Organization · National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS)
With the guide's default 2 mL in a 12 IU vial, the concentration is 6 IU/mL. A 0.6 IU amount is 10 units, or 0.10 mL, on a U-100 syringe.
With the default 12 IU vial and 2 mL mix at 6 IU/mL, 2.7 IU is 45 units, or 0.45 mL, on a U-100 syringe.
This calculator uses 2 mL as its default, giving 6 IU/mL. Peak supplies bacteriostatic water but does not state a water volume or preparation method for this kit, so 2 mL is not a product instruction.
At the chart's 0.6 IU starting amount, a 12 IU vial contains 20 daily amounts. At the 2.7 IU week-8 amount, it contains about 4.4 daily amounts.
