GHRP-2
Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-2
Growth Hormone-Releasing Peptide-6 · ghrelin-receptor secretagogue
The reference protocol uses 100 mcg three times daily in weeks 1–2, 200 mcg in weeks 3–4, then 300 mcg through week 12. With 3 mL of bacteriostatic water, a 10 mg vial is 3.33 mg/mL, so 100 mcg is 3 units (0.03 mL) on a U-100 syringe.

Gradual three-times-daily approach · 10 mg vial + 3 mL BAC water
3 mL is the mix shown on both Peak's GHRP-6 page and the matching reference protocol, giving 3.33 mg/mL.

Each listed amount is per administration; the reference schedule uses three administrations daily.
The reference site describes an empty-stomach interval and at least 4 hours between administrations.
The staged 12-week schedule uses 63 mg in total, equivalent to seven nominal 10 mg vials.
Reference-site educational amounts — GHRP-6 has no TGA-approved product-specific human dosing regimen. Education only, not medical advice. Dose amounts adapted from GHRP-6 10 mg vial dosage protocol (PeptideDosages.com); units are recalculated for the vial and mix selected above.
Using a 1 mL (100-unit) insulin syringe, 3 full draws of bacteriostatic water gives 3.33 mg/mL.
1Wipe both rubber stoppers with an alcohol swab and let them dry. Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water and let it run slowly down the inside of the vial wall — not straight onto the powder.
2Swirl or roll the vial gently until the powder has dissolved. Give it a few minutes to settle if needed.
3Shaking can damage the peptide and cause foaming. Gentle swirling only.
4Only use it once it is fully clear with no particles. Label the vial with the date and 3.33 mg/mL, then store it in the fridge at 2–8 °C.
Counts follow the dosage chart above at the highest amount in each step, using a 10 mg vial mixed with 3 mL.
Plus an approved sharps container. Syringes and swabs are sold by Australian pharmacies — Peak Peptides and Pure Performance supply the bacteriostatic water.

GHRP-6 is a synthetic six-amino-acid growth-hormone secretagogue. It acts through the growth-hormone secretagogue receptor rather than the growth-hormone-releasing-hormone receptor, and can prompt pituitary growth-hormone release.
Human physiology research found changes in growth hormone and other hormones after GHRP-6. Those short-term hormone responses do not establish long-term effects on muscle, recovery, body composition or athletic performance.

With the default 10 mg vial mixed with 3 mL, the concentration is 3.33 mg/mL. A 100 mcg amount is 3 U-100 units (0.03 mL).
With the default 10 mg vial mixed with 3 mL, 300 mcg is 9 U-100 units (0.09 mL).
The default mix is 3 mL, which makes 3.33 mg/mL. At that concentration, 30 U-100 units (0.30 mL) contains 1 mg.
At the reference schedule's three daily administrations, a nominal 10 mg vial contains 33.3 days at 100 mcg each time, 16.7 days at 200 mcg, or 11.1 days at 300 mcg. Peak says a mixed vial should be used within about 28 days.
