Growth hormone-releasing peptide-2 · ghrelin-receptor agonist
The reference protocol uses GHRP-2 once daily: 100 mcg for weeks 1–2, 150 mcg for weeks 3–4, then 200 mcg from week 5. With 3 mL bacteriostatic water, a 5 mg vial is 1.67 mg/mL, so the 100 mcg start amount is 6 units (0.06 mL) on a U-100 syringe.

The reference protocol steps up every 2 weeks from 100 to 150 to 200 mcg once daily.
It keeps the 200 mcg daily amount through week 16; its listed protocol length is 8–16 weeks.

Using a 1 mL (100-unit) insulin syringe, 3 full draws of bacteriostatic water gives 1.67 mg/mL.
1Wipe both rubber stoppers with an alcohol swab and let them dry. Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water and let it run slowly down the inside of the vial wall — not straight onto the powder.
2Swirl or roll the vial gently until the powder has dissolved. Give it a few minutes to settle if needed.
3Shaking can damage the peptide and cause foaming. Gentle swirling only.
4Only use it once it is fully clear with no particles. Label the vial with the date and 1.67 mg/mL, then store it in the fridge at 2–8 °C.
Counts follow the dosage chart above at the highest amount in each step, using a 5 mg vial mixed with 3 mL.
Plus an approved sharps container. Syringes and swabs are sold by Australian pharmacies — Peak Peptides and Pure Performance supply the bacteriostatic water.

GHRP-2, also called pralmorelin, is a synthetic six-amino-acid peptide that acts as an agonist at the ghrelin or growth-hormone-secretagogue receptor.
Human studies show that it can trigger a short-lived rise in pituitary growth hormone. It can also affect other pituitary-adrenal hormones, including ACTH, cortisol and prolactin, so it is not selective for growth hormone alone.

With 3 mL in a 5 mg vial, the concentration is 1.67 mg/mL. A 100 mcg amount is 6 units, or 0.06 mL, on a U-100 syringe.
The attributed 5 mg reference protocol uses 3 mL of bacteriostatic water. That produces 1.67 mg/mL, where 100 mcg is 6 units or 0.06 mL on a U-100 syringe.
At 100 mcg once daily, a 5 mg vial contains 50 daily amounts. At 150 mcg it contains about 33.3 daily amounts, and at 200 mcg it contains 25 daily amounts.
