Ala-Glu-Asp (AED/T-31) · experimental cartilage bioregulator
The reference protocol starts at 2 mg once daily for weeks 1–2, then moves to 3 mg, 4 mg and 5 mg in two-week steps. With 3 mL of bacteriostatic water, a 20 mg vial is 6.67 mg/mL, so the 2 mg start amount is 30 units (0.30 mL) on a U-100 syringe. Cartalax has no clinically established human dose.

Gradual daily approach · 20 mg vial + 3 mL BAC water
3 mL is the reference protocol’s mix; it makes the 2–5 mg daily range 30–75 units.

The reference schedule increases by 1 mg every 2 weeks through week 9.
The published reference table ends after week 12; it does not establish a clinically validated cycle length.
Reference-site amounts only — Cartalax has no ARTG listing or clinically established human dose. Education only, not medical advice. Dose amounts adapted from Cartalax 20 mg vial dosage protocol (PeptideDosages.com); units are recalculated for the vial and mix selected above.
Using a 1 mL (100-unit) insulin syringe, 3 full draws of bacteriostatic water gives 6.67 mg/mL.
1Wipe both rubber stoppers with an alcohol swab and let them dry. Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water and let it run slowly down the inside of the vial wall — not straight onto the powder.
2Swirl or roll the vial gently until the powder has dissolved. Give it a few minutes to settle if needed.
3Shaking can damage the peptide and cause foaming. Gentle swirling only.
4Only use it once it is fully clear with no particles. Label the vial with the date and 6.67 mg/mL, then store it in the fridge at 2–8 °C.
Counts follow the dosage chart above at the highest amount in each step, using a 20 mg vial mixed with 3 mL.
Plus an approved sharps container. Syringes and swabs are sold by Australian pharmacies — Peak Peptides and Pure Performance supply the bacteriostatic water.

Cartalax is the short synthetic tripeptide Ala-Glu-Asp, also called AED or T-31. It is discussed in laboratory research on short peptide bioregulators and cartilage-related cell processes.
In cell and animal models, AED has been reported to alter markers of cell proliferation, extracellular-matrix remodelling and cellular ageing. Those findings do not show that it repairs cartilage or treats joint disease in people.

With the default 3 mL mix in a 20 mg vial, the concentration is 6.67 mg/mL. A 2 mg amount is 30 units, or 0.30 mL, on a U-100 syringe.
The reference protocol and default selector use 3 mL. That gives 6.67 mg/mL, where 1 mg is 15 units (0.15 mL) on a U-100 syringe.
With 3 mL in a 20 mg vial, 5 mg is 75 units, or 0.75 mL, on a U-100 syringe.
At 2 mg once daily, a 20 mg vial provides 10 daily amounts. At 3 mg it provides 6 full daily amounts with 2 mg remaining; at 4 mg it provides 5 days, and at 5 mg it provides 4 days.
