GHRH(1-29) analogue · growth hormone-releasing factor
The reference-site chart uses 200 mcg nightly for weeks 1–2, then 300 mcg, 400 mcg and 500 mcg in two-week steps through week 8. With 3 mL of bacteriostatic water, a 10 mg vial is 3.33 mg/mL, so the 200 mcg starting amount is 6 units (0.06 mL) on a U-100 syringe.

Gradual nightly approach · 10 mg vial + 3 mL BAC water
3 mL is the reference mix shown by PeptideDosages and on Peak's product page, giving 3.33 mg/mL.

The attributed reference chart increases by 100 mcg every 2 weeks and ends at week 8.
The reference chart specifies bedtime administration once daily.
Reference-site calculation amounts — Sermorelin has no current TGA- or FDA-approved adult dosing schedule. Education only, not medical advice. Dose amounts adapted from Sermorelin 10 mg vial dosage protocol (PeptideDosages.com); units are recalculated for the vial and mix selected above.
Using a 1 mL (100-unit) insulin syringe, 3 full draws of bacteriostatic water gives 3.33 mg/mL.
1Wipe both rubber stoppers with an alcohol swab and let them dry. Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water and let it run slowly down the inside of the vial wall — not straight onto the powder.
2Swirl or roll the vial gently until the powder has dissolved. Give it a few minutes to settle if needed.
3Shaking can damage the peptide and cause foaming. Gentle swirling only.
4Only use it once it is fully clear with no particles. Label the vial with the date and 3.33 mg/mL, then store it in the fridge at 2–8 °C.
Counts follow the dosage chart above at the highest amount in each step, using a 10 mg vial mixed with 3 mL.
Plus an approved sharps container. Syringes and swabs are sold by Australian pharmacies — Peak Peptides and Pure Performance supply the bacteriostatic water.

Sermorelin is a synthetic, amidated 29-amino-acid fragment of growth hormone-releasing hormone, also called GHRH(1-29). It acts upstream of growth hormone at the anterior pituitary rather than supplying human growth hormone itself.
In a controlled physiology experiment, a 50 mcg intravenous dose of GRF(1-29) produced a significant growth-hormone rise in five healthy volunteers, with the peak at 15–30 minutes. Endocrine responses do not establish a clinical benefit for the reference-site schedule.

With 3 mL in a 10 mg vial, the concentration is 3.33 mg/mL. The 200 mcg starting amount is 6 units on a U-100 syringe, which is 0.06 mL.
The attributed chart and Peak page use 3 mL as the reference mix. A 10 mg vial plus 3 mL gives 3.33 mg/mL, where 1 mg is 30 U-100 units or 0.30 mL.
With the 3 mL reference mix, 500 mcg is 15 U-100 units, or 0.15 mL.
At 200 mcg nightly, a 10 mg vial contains 50 daily amounts. At 300 mcg it contains about 33.3 daily amounts, at 400 mcg 25, and at 500 mcg 20.
