No single method applies to all peptides
“Peptide” describes many unrelated molecules. An authorised medicine has indication-, brand-, formulation- and device-specific directions. An online research-only powder is not a substitute for a licensed injectable. Do not infer route, site, angle, needle or dosage from a compound name or from another brand's product information.
What Australia's TGA warns about unapproved vials
The Therapeutic Goods Administration warns that imported unapproved peptide vials can be poorly labelled, with unknown ingredient amount, sterility and contaminants. An independent supplier's vial is not made safe for injection by mixing it with a sterile liquid or copying an approved medicine's schedule.
If you have a prescribed injectable medicine
Read the product's current Australian insert and ask the prescribing clinician or pharmacist to show you the correct device, route, storage, site selection and sharps disposal for that exact product. Follow the formulation's instructions rather than a generic online peptide chart. Seek urgent medical help if severe symptoms occur after a medicine has been administered.
What a calculator can and cannot tell you
The concentration calculator checks mass and volume arithmetic once real inputs are independently verified. U-100 numbers are liquid-volume markings, not biological International Units of any peptide. A calculation cannot authenticate vial contents, establish sterility or recommend a human amount.
