CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Stack: Growth Hormone Protocol

The CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin combination is the most popular growth hormone secretagogue stack in research. This guide covers dosing, timing, and cycle length.

Historical research article — verify before use: Some older examples, including amounts, routes, diluents and storage windows, have not been individually rechecked against current primary sources and may not apply to any human or supplier vial. Always check the exact product's formulation, primary sources and current licensed instructions before interpreting preparation or dosing information.

Why Stack CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin?

CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin work through different but complementary mechanisms to stimulate growth hormone (GH) release in test subjects. CJC-1295 is a Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) analogue that amplifies the natural GH pulse, while Ipamorelin is a Growth Hormone Secretagogue (GHS) that initiates the GH pulse. Together, they produce a synergistic effect — the combined GH release is greater than either peptide alone. This stack mimics the body's natural pulsatile GH release pattern without suppressing natural production.

CJC-1295 DAC vs No DAC

CJC-1295 comes in two variants: CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex): The DAC modification extends the half-life to 6-8 days, creating a sustained GH elevation. Dosed 2mg once or twice per week. Produces a more constant (less pulsatile) GH release. CJC-1295 without DAC (also called Modified GRF 1-29 or Mod GRF): Has a short half-life of approximately 30 minutes. Dosed 100-300 mcg 1-3 times daily. Produces sharp, natural-pattern GH pulses. For stacking with Ipamorelin, CJC-1295 without DAC is preferred because it preserves the natural pulsatile pattern that Ipamorelin initiates.

Standard Stack Protocol

Dosage: • CJC-1295 (no DAC): 100 mcg per injection • Ipamorelin: 100 mcg per injection • Combined dose: 100 mcg of each, administered together in the same syringe or as separate injections Frequency: 1-3 times daily • Minimum: Once daily before bed • Standard: Twice daily (morning + before bed) • Aggressive: Three times daily (morning + afternoon + before bed) Timing: Inject on an empty stomach (no food for 2 hours before or 30 minutes after). The most important dose is before bed, as it amplifies the natural nocturnal GH pulse. Cycle: 12-16 weeks on, 4 weeks off. GH peptides require longer cycles to show full effects.

Reconstitution for the Stack

If using separate vials: • CJC-1295 (2mg vial): Add 2mL BAC water = 1mg/mL (10 mcg per unit). 100 mcg = 10 units. • Ipamorelin (5mg vial): Add 2mL BAC water = 2.5mg/mL (25 mcg per unit). 100 mcg = 4 units. Draw both into the same syringe for a single injection: 10 units CJC + 4 units Ipamorelin = 14 units total. If using a pre-mixed blend (available from Australian suppliers): The blend typically contains both peptides in a single vial at matched concentrations, simplifying the process to a single draw.

Expected Research Outcomes and Timeline

Week 1-2: Improved sleep quality and recovery in test subjects. Vivid dreams reported. Week 3-4: Increased energy, improved skin elasticity, enhanced recovery between training sessions. Week 5-8: Noticeable changes in body composition — reduced adipose tissue, improved lean mass retention. Week 9-12: Full effects manifest — improved joint health, enhanced collagen synthesis, optimised recovery. Note: GH peptides work gradually. Unlike direct GH administration, secretagogues stimulate the body's own production, which takes time to produce visible changes. Patience and consistency are essential for meaningful results in test subjects.
